Ky-Mani together with Praswell (Fugees), collaborated on a classic cover of Eddy Grant's "Electric Avenue". The extent of his superstardom was evident when Ky-Mani took the stage at Midem (international musical showcase) in the year it took place in Miami in the very first time. Ky-Mani performed a dynamic set for an audience of Cameo Theatre that was full to the brim. The show was live broadcast through CANA (Caribbean News Agency) and was broadcast to over more than 36 countries. Ky-mani is making the sixth studio album of his career, which showcases the growth of his personality as well as illustrating the duality of his personalities: Ky-mani and Maestro. The result is an urban-sound that is deeply embedded in reggae and hip-hop cultures. The track promises to provide an alternative to typical synth pop. It will instead portray real urban hip-hop and reggae fusion. The artist released his newest single "New Heights" on 3rd March 2011.
